(1)机组长期停放,第一次启动前应 排空。方法为:关闭燃气总阀门,切断机组燃气供给,断开磁电机与点火线圈连线,预供油后,使启动马达带动发动机空转、将气缸内的余气排空。排空时应注意不要烧坏启动马达。

If the number of consecutive starts is too many, the heat of the motor cannot be dissipated, which will burn out the starting motor.

(1)查看主油道、增压器的机油压力数值,滤前与滤后压力差,如不正常应立即查找原因。
(1) Check the oil pressure values of the main oil passage and turbocharger, as well as the pressure difference between the pre filter and post filter. If it is abnormal, immediately investigate the cause.
(2)打开气缸盖上罩壳,观察摇臂及横桥各点、面摩擦副回油状况,有回油流出是正常的,回油微量或没有,说明外润滑管路或摇臂、横桥油道阻塞,应松开外润滑管查找原因或疏通、更换横桥、摇臂。如果大摇臂铜套两端回油量非常大,说明铜套与摇臂轴间隙过大,应及时更换铜套。
(2) Open the cylinder head cover and observe the return oil condition of the rocker arm and cross bridge friction pair at each point and surface. It is normal for oil to flow out, but if there is little or no return oil, it indicates that the external lubrication pipeline or rocker arm and cross bridge oil passage is blocked. The external lubrication pipeline should be loosened to find the cause or to clear or replace the cross bridge and rocker arm. If the oil return at both ends of the large rocker arm copper sleeve is very large, it indicates that the clearance between the copper sleeve and the rocker arm shaft is too large, and the copper sleeve should be replaced in a timely manner.
(3)旋开水泵放水阀少许,若有强劲水柱冲出,则表明供水正常。新机或拆检过冷却管系的机组,应打开缸盖高温回水管线上的放气螺塞,检查两排气缸供水是否正常。
(3) Loosen the drain valve of the water pump slightly. If there is a strong water column rushing out, it indicates that the water supply is normal. For new units or units that have undergone dismantling and inspection of the cooling pipe system, the vent plug on the high-temperature return water pipeline of the cylinder head should be opened to check whether the water supply to the two rows of cylinders is normal.
(4)检查机组外观状况,不得有漏水、漏油、漏气现象。所有零部件应固定牢固,不得有明显的振动或松动现象。
(4) Check the appearance of the unit for any water, oil, or gas leaks. All components should be firmly fixed without obvious vibration or looseness.
(5)观察发动机排气烟色是否正常,呼吸器有无异常烟气,监听机组有无异常声响(敲击声、放炮声、吹嘘声等)。
(5) Observe whether the exhaust smoke color of the engine is normal, whether there is abnormal smoke in the respirator, and monitor whether there is any abnormal sound from the unit (knocking sound, blasting sound, bragging sound, etc.).
(6)嗅发动机是否有焦味、燃气味。

(7)用手背感觉各气缸盖升温速度是否平衡、各冷却管线前后温度是否正常。正常情况下,各冷却管线前后温度应一致,各缸升温速度较均匀一致。如某冷却管线前后温度不一致,说明管线内产生气阻;如有个别缸升温较快且在正常工作时缸温也偏高,说明缸盖内水腔狭窄,冷却水流量受到限制,不能及时把热量传送出去。
(7) Use the back of your hand to feel whether the heating speed of each cylinder head is balanced and whether the temperature before and after each cooling pipeline is normal. Under normal circumstances, the temperature before and after each cooling pipeline should be consistent, and the heating rate of each cylinder should be relatively uniform and consistent. If the temperature before and after a certain cooling pipeline is inconsistent, it indicates that there is air resistance inside the pipeline; If a few cylinders heat up quickly and the cylinder temperature is also high during normal operation, it indicates that the water chamber in the cylinder head is narrow, the cooling water flow is limited, and the heat cannot be transferred out in a timely manner.
(8)充分暖机(一般水温、油温20℃以上)后,将控制屏上 “ 怠速/额定 ” 转换开关置于 “ 额定 ” 位置,机组将提速、在额定转速下运行。待水温、油温均上升到40℃以上,再观察机组各仪表指示是否正常。若机组各仪表指示正常,则可并网发电。
(8) After fully warming up (generally with water temperature and oil temperature above 20 ℃), place the "idle/rated" switch on the control screen in the "rated" position, and the unit will accelerate and operate at the rated speed. Wait for the water and oil temperatures to rise above 40 ℃, and then observe whether the instrument readings of the unit are normal. If all instruments of the unit indicate normally, it can be connected to the grid for power generation.
